Viking Gjermundbu Helmet – 10th Century Norse Helmet (Version IV):

The Gjermundbu helmet was discovered in Norway in 1943 which look alike Viking spectacle helmet. Gunnar Gjermundbo found the helmet in his family farm in 1943. The helmet was made between 950 and 975 AD. The helmet from Gjermundbu is a peaked cap with a horizontal rim, two vertical strips and iron plates. The gjermundbu helmet has a metal frame around the eyes, plates at the back to protect the neck, and a wool or leather lining. This helmet is likely belonged to a rich and powerful warriors.
